Our Mission: To define requirements, determine preferred solutions (including, where appropriate, the development of new software), and implement the identified solution across a broad range of industries and institutions, including education institutions, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.

KEL founder, Rob Layton, most recently served as Senior Vice President at newBrandAnalytics (nBA) where he was responsible for IT infrastructure, operations, and product management of data acquisition, mining, and processing. Prior to nBA, Rob served as COO / CIO at Campus Partners and Vice President at The Evans Consluting Group. He began his career in higher education at his alma mater, The Johns Hopkins University.
